HomeWorkAI provides an AI-powered homework help service that gives step-by-step explanations across academic subjects. The service is available in three tiers:

• Free: 5 questions per day with basic AI answers.
• Pro: unlimited questions with advanced AI, step-by-step breakdowns, and a 3-day free trial on monthly billing.
• Pro+: everything in Pro plus the highest-quality AI responses, deeper explanations, and YouTube and Quizlet resource links.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You agree to use HomeWorkAI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service to submit work that is not your own in academic settings where doing so would constitute academic dishonesty or cheating, without understanding the content.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or subscription requirements through any technical means.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute the service or its content.
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, our servers, or any related systems.
• Use automated scripts or bots to submit questions or interact with the service.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account.

HomeWorkAI uses artificial intelligence to generate answers and explanations. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.

We are not responsible for any academic outcomes, grades, or consequences resulting from your use of AI-generated answers.

Paid subscriptions (Pro and Pro+) are billed on a recurring basis — either monthly or yearly depending on the plan you select. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Free Trial: Pro monthly subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.

Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account & Plan settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

All prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.

The HomeWorkAI name, logo, website design, and all original content on the platform are owned by HomeWorkAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or copy our content without written permission.

The questions you submit remain yours. By submitting questions, you grant us a limited license to process them through our AI service to generate your answers. We do not claim ownership of your academic content.

AI-generated answers are provided for your personal educational use. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute AI-generated content as your own original work.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service, attempt to abuse or defraud the service, or engage in any behavior that is harmful to other users or to HomeWorkAI.

If your account is terminated for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund of any subscription fees paid.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@homeworkaiapp.com.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeWorkAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, academic outcomes, or any other damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

HomeWorkAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.

We do not guarantee specific academic results from using HomeWorkAI. The service is an educational aid, not a guarantee of grades or outcomes.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of HomeWorkAI shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
